Considering long-term practical experience, Ahti Olesk specializes in criminal and administrative law. Upon conducting criminal and misdemeanor proceedings and gathering evidence, special attention must be paid to evidence gathered during surveillance proceedings, as they are the most intensive interference with the fundamental rights of the participants in the proceedings and the most common risk of violation of fundamental rights.

Ahti Olesk has successfully participated in resolving both judicial and extrajudicial disputes as an adviser in the areas of family law, administrative law, contract law and labour law.

According to the Estonian Bar Association Act, lawyers cannot provide legal services to clients but only assist attorneys.
