A few years ago, the client was involved in a car accident in France, resulting in serious health damage which took more than a year to heal.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;m-b-none&#8221;]Initially, both the French insurer of the vehicle responsible for the damage and the French Motor Insurance Guarantee Fund refused to compensate the damages suffered by the client.<\/p>\n<p>In this unfair situation and after health recovery, the client contacted the Law Firm LINDEBERG and was represented against the French insurer by attorney Kardo Karon who is specialized in insurance law. The dispute was more complicated by the fact that a few years had passed since the accident and additionally the French law was applicable in the case.
